1. About Limitwise
Limitwise is an iPhone app for logging training and food. It is in a private pilot. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or give advice on medicines. Contact: developer@limitwise.app.
2. Data we collect

| Food | Foods and amounts you log, your own foods, saved meals and nutrition targets. |
| Apple Health | With your permission, read only: sleep, steps, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, active energy, workouts and body weight. The server stores daily values, not individual samples. Limitwise does not write to Apple Health or read clinical records. |
| Check-ins | Reports you give about how you feel or how a session went, and the training load light computed from your data. |
| Limits | Limits you ask the app to respect, such as an exercise to avoid. |
| Consents | Which consents you gave or withdrew, the text version and the time. |
| Service records | Sign-in, deletion and consent events without their content, and server logs. |
Limitwise does not ask for diagnoses, lab results, prescriptions or medical documents. Health information you write in a note is treated as health data.
3. How we use it
Your data is used to show your diary, history and plan, to compute the training load light from your records, and to keep the service secure. Health data is used only with your consent. Limitwise does not sell data, show ads or use data for advertising, and contains no third-party analytics or tracking. Apple Health data is not stored in iCloud by Limitwise.
4. AI
Limitwise does not send your data to AI models. The training load light is computed by fixed rules.

Your data is stored and processed in the United States.
6. Retention
Account data, logs and health summaries are kept until you delete your account. Encrypted backups are kept for up to 30 days, so deleted data can remain in a backup until it expires. Records of sign-in, deletion and consent events are kept without your identity.
7. Export and deletion
- Export: in the app, Me, Export my data. The file contains everything stored for your account.
- Delete: in the app, Me, Delete account. Your data is removed from the live service.
- Apple Health access: iPhone Settings, Health, Data Access & Devices. Turning it off stops new reads; values already synced stay until you delete them or your account.
- Corrections, consent withdrawal and other requests: developer@limitwise.app.
8. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections. Each account can access only its own data. Backups are encrypted. To report a security problem, email developer@limitwise.app.
9. This website
limitwise.app sets no cookies and runs no scripts, analytics or trackers. Cloudflare hosts it and processes IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the site.
10. Age
Limitwise is for people aged 18 and over.
11. Changes and contact
Changes to this policy are published on this page with a new effective date. Questions: developer@limitwise.app.
